The Britannia Study Hotel is a new, state-of-the-art residence in Brighton located close to the train
station and near the seafront. Modern bedrooms and hubs are furnished with sofas, dining tables, flat
screen TVs and fully equipped kitchens. All en-suite bedrooms have a tiled bathroom, double storage
bed, laptop safe and a small refrigerator. There is a private café area for students and their guests. Other
facilities include 24-hour security and CCTV.

The Britannia residence is ideally situated with an 8 minute walk to the school, 5 minute walk to the
city centre and 4 minute walk to the seafront. It is surrounded by shops and cafes, with a Waitrose
supermarket just 2 minutes walk away. Brighton’s train station is a 15 minute walk.The school is 6
minutes travel by public transport using the ‘1, 1A, 5A, 5B, 6, 21, 25X, 46, 49, 60’ bus from the Clarence
Square bus stop.

Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from . Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.

If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
