LCI’s Academic English (ESL) program focuses on academic preparation for undergraduate, graduate and doctorate programs. Our students can continue their studies at any university in the United States.
A major benefit of the program is our partnership agreements with over 35 universities in the USA, which offer conditional admission to LCI students and TOEFL/IELTS waivers to LCI graduates.
The AEP program is a full-time language program with 24 hours of instruction per week given in five terms of ten weeks over one year. Students enrolling in the AEP program have an English language assessment to ensure placement in the appropriate level. Students can then progress through the levels until they are ready for university studies.
IMPORTANT: Students may start any Monday. Depending on the start date you choose, you may be joining our group classes at the beginning, middle or end of the term. You are free to choose the start date you prefer; however, we do not recommend starting during the last three weeks of the term. We also recommend that absolute beginners start on the term start dates (please see dates below).
